Trouble shooting
Problem:
Gap between the topper and truck when topper is all the way down.
Over view:
Weak or sagging topper flange.
Some toppers flanges are weaker than others flanges with very little or even no support. This causes the topper to dip down where the brackets are installed, leaving the brackets at a slight angle which allows the topper to lock down just fine but leaves a gap between the topper and the rail of the truck.
Solution: Install sagging brackets.
Just install four flange support brackets to the sagging side of topper (takes about 5 minuets per support bracket) and this will give you the support to straiten out the sagging flange to get a good seal when the topper is in the down position
The brackets are free to tilt-a-topper clients.
The only thing you will have to pay for is the shipping.
